FRESH
Our customers expect special care for top quality, fresh poultry products: maximising shelf life, short communication lines, just-in-time delivery, and a rapid response to changes are all key to successful cooperation.
We work closely with our suppliers who assure top quality by using the latest equipment and quality assurance programmes. Different markets require different standards in animal welfare concepts, calibrations and packaging.
CHICKEN PARTS
From whole birds and breast caps to fillets, wings, thighs, legs and thigh meat – Central Packing is happy to supply any of these. Consistency of quality is determined by following the correct cooling and maturisation processes.
We offer the same wide selection of packaging options as we do for our fresh products: vacpacked, map tray packed, IQF, honeycombed, piece counts or bulk… anything is possible.
MARINATED CHICKEN BREAST
We can also supply the foodservice market with marinated chicken breasts under our own brand or as a private label.
About us
With over 25 years’ experience in the Food Industry, Managing Director Alex Nurse has been supplying meat and poultry products to the Catering, wholesale, foodservice and manufacturing sectors throughout the UK and Europe via Direct owned Processing Sites in the UK and Packing Houses in the UK to partnering with key Producers and Cutters in and around Europe.
We currently import a large range of Poultry products, that are either Un calibrated, bulk packed to calibrated counted portions of fresh chicken fillet, leg meat and other such elements. Currently importing over 150 m/t per week from Europe and over 50 m/t for the UK.
We have a great working relationship with key reliable producers in Poland, Holland, Germany and the UK. To ensure the Products reach our customers at the right time in the correct condition we partner with two key logistics companies, ELJOT based in Poland and Nagla Langdon’s based in the UK to provide high quality fresh and frozen products all the time on time.
